Palo Alto: The Company was notified that on 31 March, Emblaze Ltd has sold its entire shareholding in Adamind. Emblaze sold 17,735,000 existing ordinary shares of ILS 0.01 ("Ordinary Shares") in Adamind to institutional investors at 110p per Ordinary Share through a placing with institutional investors by Bridgewell.
