Appointment of Non-Executive Directors

Dr. Orna Berry, the former Chief Scientist of the state of Israel and Mr. Rami Guzman, Ex-Vice President of Motorola Inc, will be nominated to Adamind's Board of Directors

Ra'anana, Israel January 12, 2005: Adamind Ltd ("Adamind" or "the Company") a subsidiary of Emblaze Ltd. (LSE: BLZ) announces the appointment of Dr Orna Berry, the outgoing Chief Scientist and Director of Industrial R&D Administration of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Government of Israel, as non-executive Chairman of Adamind. Joining Dr Berry on the Board as non-executive director will be Rami Guzman, who recently retired as Vice President, Motorola Inc. and Director, Motorola Israel Ltd.

As a former Chief Scientist of the Government of Israel and an entrepreneur, Dr Berry is an active member of Israel's science and technology industries. In June 2000, Dr Berry joined Gemini as its first Venture Partner. In her role as a Gemini Venture Partner, Dr Berry applies her expertise in the high-tech arena to direct and advise Gemini portfolio companies. She serves as the Chairperson of Lambda Crossing Ltd, an optical component company, and until recently, as Chairperson of Riverhead Inc, which was acquired by Cisco in March 2004.

As Chief Scientist and Director of the Industrial R&D Administration of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Government of Israel, Dr Berry was responsible for implementing government policy regarding support and encouragement of industrial research and development. During her tenure the OCS managed programs in industrial R&D budgeted at over $450M a year.

In 1993, she co-founded ORNET Data Communication Technologies Ltd. Her duties included raising the venture capital, building the worldwide infrastructure and managing the sale of ORNET to Siemens. Dr Berry is also known for her significant technological contributions to the local area network (LAN) industry. She served as the Chief Scientist of Fibronics, where her design and implementation work became international standards (IEEE 802.1, 802.5). She also served as a senior research engineer in companies such as IBM and UNISYS, and a consultant to Intel.

Dr Berry received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and M.A. and B.A. degrees in Statistics and Mathematics from Tel Aviv and Haifa Universities. She is a frequent lecturer on "High-Tech" and globalization in Israel, Europe and the United States.

Rami Guzman

Mr Rami Guzman has held various senior positions at Motorola Inc. and Motorola Israel Ltd since joining them in 1985. At the time of his retirement on 31 December 2004, he was VP of Motorola Inc. and Director of Motorola Israel Ltd. Also, until July 2004 he was the CFO of Motorola Israel Ltd. He also had responsibilities for business development and was intensely active in industry-wide government relations and legislation.

Currently, he is on the Board of Mobat, Afcon Industries, Taldor Communications, Discount Management of Provident Funds Ltd.

Prior to joining Motorola, Mr. Guzman worked for the Ministry of Finance first as senior assistant and deputy to the Director of the Budget and then as Government-wide MIS and IT Commissioner.

Mr. Guzman has a BA in Economics (1963) and an MA in Business and Public Administration (1969) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He was a Research Fellow at Stanford University and Stanford Research Institute, California, USA, and has completed Ph.D. studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
