Adamind Spire™ Production Suite offers revenue-generating functionality for every link in the content production chain, from Content Providers and Aggregators to Mobile Portals, MVNOs and Operators. It assures high Quality of Experience (QoE) prior to distribution - an essential element to maintaining brand integrity in the eyes of the user. The platform provides sophisticated publishing functionality; unique previewing features of the produced content, which enable multiple iterations to be modeled and tested; features for easy insertion of the operator logo and targeted advertising to ensure ongoing brand exposure; and seamless integration with the Content Management System (CMS) in executing transcoding requests for batch and real-time mode processing and managing the content flow over the operator network.
The Adamind Spire™ Production Suite includes:
- The Spire™ Client is a PC application that allows easy and intuitive access to the mobile media world. Designed to be Operated by all profiles of users, it is set to transcode media, view and validate the results. The application allows the user to upload media, and send it for transcoding, specifying the target device. It also allows the user to set enhanced features, such as logos and text insertion or clip merging, and to run numerous jobs in batch. Using the client, the user can create and edit transcoding templates that will be used for automated transcoding.
- Adamind MediaSpire™ is a state-of-the-art content adaptation engine, developed to support the most advanced formats and CODECs of the mobile world. The many attributes supported allow full control of any aspect of the transcoded media, and its carefully designed transcoding rules assure transcoded media of the highest quality.
- Adamind DeviceSpire™ is a rich repository that stores the device profiles of virtually every known cellular device with over 100 multimedia-related attributes per device. Adamind regularly tests new devices, to provide its customers with updated media profiles. In addition, Adamind offers a device provisioning update service that supports new devices introduced to the market.
- Managing these transcoding tasks is the Batch Manager, another component of the Production Suite that is responsible for queuing, prioritizing and sending out jobs for transcoding.
